We are delighted to advertise this post of Healthwatch Administrator based in Central Wakefield.

The role of the Healthwatch Administrator is to coordinate office administration to enable the organisation to work efficiently and in compliance with policies and procedures.

This includes providing administrative support within the organisation such as producing correspondence and reports, maintaining office systems/ filing/ and the Healthwatch database, providing a reception function, inputting surveys, and taking meeting minutes. It also entails managing supplies and equipment, managing the policies and procedures schedule, contributing to the organisation of events and activities, and providing administrative support to our Chief Executive. Half a day per week will be spent providing administrative support for the Macmillan funded Yorkshire Cancer Patient Forum.
