A holistic haven for cancer support and wellbeing for women.
Bringing together women affected by cancer for extra support. Our cancer support group helps bring together people affected by cancer to help them manage the challenges they may face.
We meet every Tuesday 9am – 3.30pm and have a programme of activities: –
Cancer Support Group – 9-10am and 12-1.30pm – Open chat and refreshments / snacks. No booking required for these sessions.
Tranquil Tuesdays with Paula – 10am-12pm – Holistic therapy creating balance and calm in our bodies. Booking essential as limited spaces.
Relax and Reset with Bev – 1.30-3.30pm – Meditations working with crystals, oracle mindfulness cards. Learning how to manage pain and positive awareness of our bodies. Booking essential as limited spaces.
Bless our Boobs – Breast awareness classes, book club and guest speakers. Timetable will be available.
Each session provides a safe space for open conversation, mutual support and holistic wellbeing. All our groups are FREE of charge to attend. Donations are welcomed but not expected.

Leeds Living With Secondary Breast Cancer
A friendly and helpful meeting facilitated by a Breast Cancer Now therapist held first Friday of the month with speakers every two months on topics such as side effects, fatigue or clinical trials.

A women’s only cancer support group for patients from the Mid Yorkshire hospitals (Pinderfields, Pontefract and Dewsbury). Held at the Rosewood Centre, part of Dewsbury District Hospital.

We are a group of ladies based in West Yorkshire who have or are still going through breast cancer treatment and we are using sewing as therapy. We are currently making tote bags and are looking at adding other items to our page/group very soon.
Next Steps Forward – walking group
We are a walking group offering walks within Barnsley & district for people living with and beyond breast cancer.
All walks are at a steady pace and to suit the slowest walker with a front and back walk leader to cover everyone’s pace of walking. All walks have good paths with no steep hills. Our walks are reviewed on a regular basis and are risk assessed.
